Reflexology - 55mins

An ancient well-being treatment targeting the feet. Pressure point massage is applied to reflex areas on the feet, activating the body’s systems to clear blockages and energy pathways. Reflexology promotes stress reduction, deep relaxation, overall health and healing.

Guests are asked to arrive 75 minutes prior to their treatment time to enjoy full use of our thermal heat and water experience and outdoor spa.

Please note that thermal facilities are not available after your treatment; however, you are very welcome to spend time in our relaxation areas, spa restaurant or outdoor seating and fire-pit area.

We kindly ask guests to bring appropriate swimwear and suitable footwear, such as flip-flops, to wear throughout their visit.
